    • STOVETOP (Recommended): Bring 6oz of spring water and 2 tsp of loose leaf tea to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Use a cheesecloth or small tea strainer to remove small particles.
    • LIGHT BREW: Place tea infuser containing loose leaf tea in a cup. Add boiling water, cover, and let steep for at least 10 minutes before consuming.
    • HEAVY/STRONG BREW: Use stovetop method, remove from heat, cover, and leave overnight. Reheat on low in the morning. Stir and enjoy!
